the short version: we collect what you send us to plan your event. nothing else.
when you request a date, the booking form asks for things like your name, a way to reach you, the date, the place, and roughly how many people. that’s it — no accounts, no payments on this site.
to come back to you with a plan and a price. form submissions are delivered to our inbox by web3forms, the service that powers the form. we don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.
the site sets no tracking cookies and runs no ad or analytics trackers. our hosting provider may log basic technical data (like ip address and browser type) to serve and protect the site.
as long as it takes to handle your inquiry or booking, then it’s routine inbox housekeeping.
want your details corrected or deleted? reply on your inquiry thread or message @mysipclub and we’ll take care of it.
